Cheeseburger Stuffed Calzone


• 1 lb. lean floor beef
• 1/2 cup chopped onion
• 1/four cup dill pickle slices, drained
• three/four cup ketchup
• 2 tsp. yellow mustard
• 1 garlic clove, pressed
• 2 pkg. (11 oz. every) refrigerated French bread dough, divided
• 6 Kraft American cheese slices
• 1 Tbsp. olive oil
• 1/four cup (1 oz.) grated recent Parmesan cheese
• 1/2 cup (2 oz.) grated gentle cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 400°F. Brown floor beef in skillet, breaking beef into crumbles; drain. Chop onion, cube pickles, and mix with ketchup, mustard, and pressed garlic; combine nicely. Add floor beef; combine nicely.

Unroll one package deal of the bread dough on giant spherical stone (or cookie sheet); stretch to fringe of stone. Cowl dough with cheese slices to inside 1 inch of edge. Spoon meat combination over cheese, unfold evenly. Sprinkle gentle cheddar over meat combination.

Unroll remaining package deal of dough straight over filling, matching edges of dough and shaping to suit as dough is unrolled. Trim extra dough from corners, forming even edges. Roll and crimp edges to seal. Drizzle oil over dough; unfold evenly. Grate Parmesan cheese over dough. Utilizing pizza cutter, make three crisscross cuts, about 6 inches lengthy, throughout heart of high crust to vent. Bake 18-20 minutes or till deep golden brown. Take away from oven; reduce into wedges.
